Some Days I Grieve
June 10, 2026
Dear reader, some days I grieve. Not for one thing in particular, but for all the little losses that add up. The friendships that faded. The versions of myself I had to leave behind. The dreams that changed shape before I was ready.
I used to think healing meant the sadness would stop. But healing, I am learning, is not the absence of grief. Healing is making room for grief and still choosing to live. Still choosing to create. Still choosing to hope, even when hope feels fragile.
If you are grieving today, I want you to know: you are not behind. You are not broken. You are doing the slow, sacred work of becoming whole. And I am here, sitting beside you in the quiet.
