Letters from My Inner Child

This is a deeply personal creative space where my inner child speaks openly about healing, courage, joy, fear, hope and everyday life. Although inspired by my own journey, the intention is for readers — both young people and adults — to reconnect with the child that still lives within them. Some days she may celebrate, some days she may grieve, some days she may simply remind people that healing is lifelong. I hope this becomes a space where others feel seen and understood.
